Join us Memorial Day Weekend for a FUN-draiser benefitting the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Fund!
Event Details
CrossFit Estero is proud to present Beer WOD 2019. The Beer WOD (Workout Of the Day) will consist of a functional fitness style workout where participants will consume a total of 5 beers at designated stations before finishing the workout. Prize packages to be awarded for 1st place male and female finishers! Alcoholic beverages graciously provided by Palm City Brewing.
Registration begins at 9AM, we recommend arriving then to be sure that you are checked in and warmed up by the athlete briefing at 10 AM. The Event will start at 10:30 and will continue until all participants have completed the WOD. Join us for an after party at Palm City Brewing!
**Veterans participate for FREE with valid military ID! No need to register, just show up!**
